The Ecomobile (Eco) has a Kevlar unibody with no steel framing underneath . There are removable engine panels on either side that allow access for servicing of the powerplant.

Toward the end of the build life of the Pulse they could approach 20K in price. Machine 327 which is up the road from me cost about that much when originally deliverd (so I'm told).
