Problem solved, out of the CDI box if the green and white cable is connected to the black and green cable it will not work. That essentially completes the kickstand circuit.

So I got a replacement coil and it shows up today but the plugs that go to the spark plugs are a tad short and I dont think it will reach. Is there a way to extend them?
