I have a friend who is looking for a Pulse project. He is interested primarily in the body only. He want's to do a complete restoration on one. He has his own ideas for a unique engine setup. I would like to see this engine set up
There is a company developing a hybrid motorcycle
they are estimating 180 mpg

I would like to get a pulse but I am not sure if they are reliable enough for my commute and I am not comfortable with a motorcycle.

I think this is a project and never was a completed Pulse. It needs alot of parts to finish, including, interior, dash, canopy, windshield, a few body parts and more.

I looked at the frame. It is in pretty good shape with only a little surface rust. No engine. It looks alittle different than the other frames I have seen, so I am not sure what mods have been made or what the road worthiness is. NO TITLE.
