How difficult is it to replace (or remove for machining) the front and rear disk brake rotors? What are the part numbers ? Front would be a dodge omni, right? How about the rear?

The front rotor part number from AutoZone is 547. You can do a search on the Autozone website. I recently bought one for $13.99. I can't help you with the rear, since #77 uses the brakes from the donor Honda GL1100.

On autocycles.org there are several write ups on front wheel, suspension, etc... removal, but here's a readers digest version.

Raise the front wheel off the ground using a floor jack and a padded block of wood (you don't want to put the jack directly on the fiberglass body for obvious reasons). Another point to note is that once you start lifting the Pulse, the outriggers also raise, so you loose all your balance points. This can make the Pulse susceptable to tipping. You can avoid issues by putting supports under the outriggers. It helps to have someone with you for this task.

Once you've got the front end up, you can remove the 8 axle clamp bolts. This will immediately allow the front wheel and alxe to drop, so be careful, or you could potentially damage you're speedometer cable. Depending on clearance, you may have to loosen/remove the brake caliper. Make sure and tie it up so it doesn't hang from the rubber brake line.

The rotor is bolted onto the wheel hub with with 4 bolts, remove and replace with the new rotor. Repeat above, but in reverse. That should do it!

The front and rear braking system components on the Pulse are exactly the same as far as rotors and calipers. The disassembly is slightly different for the rear brakes because you also must deal with the chain and sprocket.

Not all front and back are the same if you have a 1100 or 1200 gold wing
the rear is all honda gold wing and the caliper comes in several different sizes.
