My pulse has a 1100 cc Goldwing engine inside and I am doing all the regular mantanance since I had the canopy off and had to change the tire. My question is I would like to adjust the valves but the valve covers have only about a 1/2 inch clearence between the body. What do I need to do to to get the covers off to adjust them? If I drill four holes in the side panel will the cover drop straight down to get at them? Thanks, Dave

Hi Dave
Do your valves need to be adjusted? Or do you just think it would be a good idea. I think the only way to get the valve covers off is to pull the engine. That is not an easy job. The gold wing engines run for many miles
with out adjustment. I Have not looked at mine to see if you can get them off, but even if you can there is no room to work.
