OUCH. I have taken apart my rear suspension to replace shocks, tires, brake calibers and do some cleanup and painting. i forgot to take a detailed picture or make a diagram and I can't remember how to assemble the wheel, axel, spacers and sprocket. I've looked at it a couple of times and it doesn't make sense. I can slide the axel in one way but not the other (dimensions are slightly different or the paint is not allowing the axel to be inserted in one direction).
Does anyone have a clear picture of description of the proper sequence? |

From the Pulse main page click on Don Muddiman's repair tips. On Don's page you will find lot's of pics of the rear wheel assembly. Some pics will need to be blown up for clarity.. The wheel and sprocket go on the left side and the brake caliper goes on the right side. |
