Does any one have an idea where the VIN numbers for pulse number 285 might be located??? I am in the process of obtaining this vehicle and the Sheriff Dept. in Florida MUST eye ball the VIN numbers to get it titled and tagged...
Thanks for any help... BTW We have already looked under the seat...

Your VIN will be etched into a cross member back inthe engine compartment forward of the engine block. I think.

Ya, I agree... where the dash snugs up to the front glass...maybe there are a lot of dead flys and dirt covering it.
I think along the left of the dash. Use a flashlight since the VIN plate is usually dark metal...not readily visiable.

Thanks for the help... Believe it or not the dealer that was searching for it found it afterall on the dash that had been covered over with carpet by a previous owner... Go figure...they had removed the rear seat, looked on tubing and even under the vehicle while searching for the VIN...Now the transfer can occur...I know it will need work to bring it to where I will be satisfied but that's what time and money are for....LOL
Thanks again!
Ralph
