|

What's the biggest differences/changes between the various Pulse/Litestar model years?
Do the ones with the Dual headlights use the same basic body, windshield glass, interior setup, etc as the newer ones with the single pop-up headlight? I've heard the older ones have smaller outrigger wheels, so does that mean the outrigger steel structure and fiberglass panel shape is also different? If true, then is the area where they connect to the body also shaped different then the new ones that use the larger wheels?
Any other differences? Just curious about how interchangeable the parts are between models. |

In regards to this question, from all info I have found:
The Scranton built Litestars -about 18 - have the smaller tires and a steamline looking outrigger. The Owosso built Litestar and Pulse have a similar outrigger....a more bulged look.
It looks like the the Scranton Litestar headlights were recessed in tubes and the Owosso Litestar headlights were encased in a larger recessed opening and covered with a large plastic covering some of which had painted edges.
The Owosso built Pulse models have two heatlights and later models have one in the center that retracks into the body when not in use.
The Scranton bodies are pretty much identical. The Owosso bodies would not interchange with the Scranton models.
Owosso Litestar (about 20) and Pulse bodies and frames are almost identical, other than later Pulse models were modified to cover a protruding radiator of the water cooled engines. And the head light change.
